How the service works

Registration is digital and linked to a licence plate. An application email is followed by an approval email, which can take up to three business days. Wait for the approval before treating the vehicle as registered for free parking. No paper permit is issued.

Leased and company vehicles need extra proof because their ownership papers may name someone else. The city requests ownership and a driver’s licence with the local address; company vehicles also need evidence of employment with the named company. Residents with no vehicle can request a caretaker/guest permit with proof of residence. Staff review those requests.
