How the service works

This program is for a specific eligible household and property. All people living in the home and all registered owners matter to the application. A missing income document or missing proof can make the package incomplete, and incomplete applications are not considered.

Applicants must not be away for more than two consecutive weeks during the service period. A condominium must confirm that it does not already provide full snow removal. For eligible condo properties, the program clears the windrow and adjacent concrete sidewalks, rather than duplicating full condo snow service. The source’s wording is “over 65”; applicants at that exact age should confirm eligibility with staff.
