How the service works

A debit withdrawal from your bank is not the same as receipt at City Hall. Allow for the payment to travel through the banking process. Use the due dates on your own current bill rather than an old example or a general annual date.

The tax bill separates City, Region and education levies. It also shows instalments, previous payments, past-due amounts and a roll number. Keep each property’s number separate if you own more than one property. Tax deferral, grant or rebate applications are separate from choosing a payment method.
