Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome patients and visitors upon arrival, creating a positive first impression of the clinic.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-ups to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and empathetic responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care coordination and communication.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Promote clinic services, wellness programs, and upcoming events to patients and the community.
- Assist with administrative tasks including billing support, insurance verification, and patient registration.
- Proven experience in customer service or patient relations within a healthcare or wellness setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards patient care.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard office software.
