Memory Lane Home Living Inc. is a trailblazing organization based in York Region, Canada, committed to transforming dementia care. We offer a unique home-like atmosphere focused on serving women with memory loss. Our community-based, evidence-supported approach includes Abilities-focused dementia care, Dementia Montessori, and the Butterfly Model of Care.

We offer a range of services from day programs and respite care to permanent living arrangements. What sets us apart is our commitment to holistic well-being, family involvement, and affordable care. Our model is significantly more cost-effective compared to traditional memory care units in retirement homes.

Our specialized services include the Community Connection Day Program, Music From The Heart therapeutic program, Respite Care services, and monthly care-giver support groups. We also offer a unique walking program called "Walk a Mile in My Shoes" aimed at promoting the physical and mental well-being of seniors.
