NATIONAL SALES TRAINER

Skin Vitality Medical Clinic

Do you love to sell - and inspire others to succeed?

Do you love helping people build self-confidence by looking and feeling their best? Are you passionate about medical aesthetics? Do you want to join a business growing 59% annually and be part of Canada’s largest provider of BOTOX® Cosmetic?

We want to meet you.

Skin Vitality is looking for an energetic, results-driven National Sales Trainer who can turn sales potential into exceptional performance.

You know how to connect with people, understand their goals and confidently guide a consultation. Just as importantly, you can teach others to do the same.

What you’ll do

Train, coach and motivate our sales teams across clinic locations.
Lead hands-on training, role-playing and individual coaching.
Build confidence in consultations, follow-up and closing.
Help teams communicate treatment benefits clearly and set realistic expectations.
Identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into measurable results.
Create a culture of accountability, enthusiasm and outstanding patient care.

What you bring

A proven track record in sales and sales coaching.
Strong presentation, communication and leadership skills.
A passion for medical aesthetics and helping people feel confident.
The ability to motivate different personalities and lead by example.
A willingness to travel between clinic locations.

You love the sale. You love developing people. And you love seeing your coaching make a difference.

What we offer: A six-figure salary.

Ready to help shape our next stage of growth? Apply with your résumé and a brief summary of your sales and training achievements.
