✔Strong understanding of food safety, safe food handling, sanitation, and temperature control.

✔The ability to work efficiently during busy service periods without compromising quality or accuracy.

✔A detail-oriented approach to cooking, portioning, cleanliness, and following established procedures.

✔Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership over your station and responsibilities.

✔A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues when needed.

✔Availability for full-time, year-round work.

✔Fast-food, quick-service restaurant, or comparable kitchen experience is an asset.

✔Food Handler certification is an asset.

Why Join Our Team?

Stable, full-time, year-round employment.
Structured training and clear kitchen standards to help you succeed.
A respectful, team-focused work environment.
Opportunities to develop your skills as Poulet Rouge continues to grow.
